Learnings

  1. I know how to get started and I have a draft plan.
  2. I have developed some relevant strategies for the community I work with.
  3. I know what tools and resources I need to start with and where to find them.
  4. I have discussed and understood some of the pitfalls to watch out for and how to deal with them.
  5. I know where I can continue the dialogue with my colleagues who are also implementing their plan to share ideas and get support.

What to think about before you arrive

  1. How will this workshop help me?
  2. What techniques/ideas will help my community?
  3. What do I want to take home from this workshop?

How much will it cost me?

$50 + GST (total of $56.25). On receipt of your payment we will confirm your place at the workshop.

Payment options

Cheques can be made payable to ‘PHARMAC’ and posted to PO Box 10254, Wellington.

Travel and accommodation

These costs will need to be settled on an individual basis. We can help with booking accommodation. As it is a busy time of year with International Cricket and the Arts Festival underway we have reserved rooms at four hotels near the venue (see registration form). To avoid disappointment we suggest you get in early and register your place and accommodation.

How to register (click here to register)

Please use the online form to register. Once you have registered we will contact you by email to let you know that your registration is being progressed. Once payment is made, your place will be confirmed.

Programme (click here to view)

This workshop is not a talk fest and presentations are minimal. It is a workshop where you will interact with and learn from your peers and the experts in the room, problem solve and walk away with tools and a plan.

If you have any questions about anything to do with the workshop please e-mail oneheartmanylives@pharmac.govt.nz. We will get back to you within 48 hours of your query being sent.

Thank you.
